Zinc Coating Process:
These planters are hot dip-galvanized by dipping them into a hot zinc bath in Hungary to protect the steel from rust and add a seasoned finish detail.
The Loire planters ship without any drainage holes in the bases and it is recommended that to preserve the finish for a longer duration you utilize a liner or plant container rather than planting directly into the pottery.
