You may return products purchased within 30 days of receipt.
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase and want to initiate a return or exchange, kindly reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Use the provided return link or send all order return request details to firstname.lastname@example.org. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be new and resalable as such, in the condition it was received, as well as any associated packaging.Once authorized, the RMA number will be emailed along with applicable return address or shipping labels for your convenience.
We cannot accept returns of:
*Discounted, promotional or Final Sale Items
*Products that have been installed / used
*Products not in new condition and original packaging
*Products Made-to-Order, Custom or Special Order
*International orders & orders outside of the contiguous US
Unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not possible for special custom orders, items that have already been installed, products not in their original packaging, final sale items and certain other items specifically noted elsewhere.

Returned items may incur restocking fees according to the policies of manufacturers listed above. Upon receipt of the return shipment , we will inspect the items and issue exchanges, credits, or refunds for the purchase price within 10 days. Refunds for taxes will be given in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturer defects or transit damage. We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges of items that have been damaged or misused by the customer.
Exchanges: We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.
Refunds and credits are made to the original form of payment and take into account original outbound shipping costs and any relevant restocking fees. Customers are responsible for paying the original outbound shipping costs, even if they were originally included in the product price, such as "Free Shipping" or subsidized shipping costs incorporated in the retail price, which may or may not be specified on the product page. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage.
We can often facilitate arrangements of the return shipment and/or arrange for pickup from your home or business. You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Original & return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Products from these manufacturers are Final Sale and not returnable.
In the event that your shipment arrives damaged, we will work diligently to replace items as quickly as possible. Please note any visible box damages directly on Shipping Carrier documents signed @ delivery to aid us in our shipping claims with the carrier. Contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the damaged order. Please document and submit photos to BOTANIK customer service of both the packaging, and the damage to the items. Do not discard the damaged item or the original packaging. For insurance purposes, we will be unable to process any claims for damaged shipments that do not have accompanying photographs.
All freight shipments must be opened and inspected by you within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Any delays in opening and inspecting the items will prevent us from being able to provide a freight claim and will forfeit your right to be reimbursed for damages that occurred during shipping. We will not be responsible for items that were damaged in shipping and not reported within the specified time frame.
You may cancel an order with BOTANIK as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in the stage of fabrication BOTANIK will be unable to cancel the order without customer financial implications.
Custom orders may not be canceled once they have been confirmed with the manufacturer.
