This RECTANGULAR BOXHILL TROUGH PLANTER brings instant European flavor to your entry or parterre garden. Classically shaped of steel with linear lines and globe corner caps, these large planters are perfect to line a path or accent a window. The finish of these Hungarian fabricated planters will weather naturally into a beautiful antique zinc patina.
Zinc Coating Process:
These planters are hot dip-galvanized by dipping them into a hot zinc bath to protect the steel from rust and add a seasoned finish detail. The planters ship without any pre drilled drainage openings in the bottom plate, however there are gaps in the 4 corners between the zinc plate the bottom of the planter to allow water to escape.
. When planting these containers, in order to preserve the finish it is recommended that you not plant directly into the container but utilize a growbag or other containers inside.
