Because each piece is hand-made, expect slight natural variation in color, texture, size, and weight.

Each chaise is manufactured from a high-strength, highly modified pool plaster concrete engineered for the in-pool environment. In rare cases, depending on pool chemicals and water conditions, slight discoloring or surface etching can develop. When this occurs, it's often resolved simply by adjusting a pool chemical or other water-balance factor.
Unpacking Tips
Items ship crated. You'll need a screw gun with a T-25 star bit to dismantle the crate, and at least two able-bodied people to handle the pieces, which weigh roughly 150 lbs each. Take special care when setting the chaise down | avoid dropping or setting it hard, which could crack or chip the piece. Extra caution is needed when the chaise or your hands are wet, since it becomes harder to handle securely.
