Shipping Timeline

Shipping times vary per product and may depend on finish selection or seasonal demands and are noted on many product pages. Most in-stock items will process and ship within 2-10 business days, with transit time adding an additional 3-7 business days depending on your US location or if an appointment is required for delivery. If expedited shipping or special arrangements are desired, please contact customer service by phone or online chat.

Shipping Locations

Our default online checkout will accept orders and ship to the lower 48 U.S. states. We can ship most items to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean and Canada and will provide a quote for any additional freight costs. We often ship items to US freight forwarders arranged by customers for their project delivery. If you are an international customer, please use our online QUOTE feature or contact us directly for assistance with freight forwarder contacts at orders@shopbotanik.com

Freight Shipments

The majority of our furniture orders are shipped via FedEx Freight. Because of this, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

For bulk orders, oversized items, or products requiring special handling, we use FedEx Freight for delivery to both commercial and residential addresses. For residential deliveries, FedEx Freight will contact you at least one day before your delivery to schedule an appointment.

Delivery & Curbside Drop-Off

All freight shipments are curbside drop-offs, meaning the driver will unload the product at the curb or the first suitable location at your address. Please note:

  • The driver will not open gates, doors, or enter your property without someone present to sign for the delivery.
  • The driver will not assist with inside delivery. If you require additional services such as a liftgate, inside delivery, or white-glove service, please inquire prior to placing an order. Additional fees may apply.
  • The driver will not remove packaging or take packing materials back. Customers are responsible for unpacking and disposing of packaging materials.

Scheduling & Missed Deliveries

A valid phone number and accurate shipping address must be provided at checkout. The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. If they are unable to reach you, or if delivery cannot be scheduled in a timely manner, you may be responsible for storage fees or re-delivery costs. Orders that are returned due to failure to arrange delivery may be subject to restocking fees.

Inspection & Acceptance

Before signing for your delivery:

  • Inspect the shipment for visible damage. If damage is present, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos.
  • If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, report it within 24 hours so we can assist with a claim.

By accepting delivery, you acknowledge that the order arrived in good condition unless damage was noted with the freight carrier at the time of delivery.

Tracking

BOTANIK makes every effort to provide timely and accurate shipping status and tracking information on all purchases. We provide an email notification of shipment, to include tracking  when an item ships.

If you are a registered member of BOTANIK's site, you may check on the status of your shipment at any time by clicking on "My Account," and navigating to the "View Order Status," and "View Order Details" sections.
