Easy Return Process

Simple Returns

You may return products purchased within 30 days of receipt.

PROCESS

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To start a return, use the provided return link or email us at orders@shopbotanik.com with your order details.

 

Return Eligibility:

     Items must be new, unused, and in resalable condition with all original packaging.
     Once approved, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) along with the return address and any applicable shipping labels.

 

Conditions

We cannot accept returns of:

    *Discounted, promotional or Final Sale Items

    *Products that have been installed / used
    *Products not in new condition and original packaging
    *Products Made-to-Order, Custom or Special Order

    *International orders & orders outside of the contiguous US

Unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not possible for special custom orders, items that have already been installed, products not in their original packaging, final sale items and certain other items specifically noted elsewhere.

Restocking Fees: Returned items may be subject to restocking fees based on the manufacturer’s policies.


Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process exchanges, credits, or refunds within 10 days.


Taxes: Refunds for taxes will be issued in accordance with applicable laws.


Delivery Fees: These are non-refundable (see Refunds & Shipping Costs section), except in cases of manufacturer defects or transit damage.


Return Eligibility:

     Items that have been damaged or misused by the customer will not be eligible for return or exchange.


Exchanges: We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.


Refunds and Credits

Refunds & Credits

Refunds and store credits will be issued to the original payment method and will reflect any applicable deductions, including outbound shipping costs and restocking fees.

 

Shipping Costs:

     Customers are responsible for the original outbound shipping costs, even if shipping was advertised as "Free Shipping" or included in the product price.         These costs may or may not be specified on the product page.
     Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or transit damage.


Return Shipping:

     We can often assist with return shipping by arranging a pickup from your home or business.
     Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
     Both original and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Products from these manufacturers are Final Sale and not returnable.

Shipment Damages

If your order arrives damaged, we will work quickly to replace the affected items. To assist with our shipping claims, please follow these steps:

 

Inspect Your Shipment Immediately

     For all deliveries, check for visible box damage before signing any shipping carrier documents. Note any damages directly on the carrier’s paperwork.
     Freight shipments must be opened and inspected within 24 hours of delivery.


Report Damage Within 24 Hours

     Email us at orders@shopbotanik.com within 24 hours of receiving a damaged order.
     Include clear photos of:The damaged item(s)
     The original packaging (both interior and exterior)


Do Not Discard Damaged Items or Packaging

     Retain both the damaged item(s) and original packaging until we complete the claims process.
     For insurance purposes, we cannot process claims without photos.


Important: Failure to inspect freight shipments within 24 hours or to report damage within the specified timeframe will prevent us from filing a claim and may forfeit your right to reimbursement for shipping-related damage.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order with BOTANIK as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in the stage of fabrication BOTANIK will be unable to cancel the order without customer financial implications.

Custom orders may not be canceled once they have been confirmed with the manufacturer.
